We are launching our Term 4 series on Zechariah – Hope Is For Real a
bit earlier than planned… cos we need to hear this message NOW.
Zechariah’s people in 6th Century BC were feeling pretty flat about the
present outlook. God gave a wild vision that restored their hope to his
kingdom building agenda. I’m finding this ancient prophecy so uplifting of
my hope and reorienting me for labouring in God’s kingdom.
This Sunday we will read Zechariah 1:1-6 in NewLife@Home and keep
going until summer holidays (except for Compassion Sunday on 10
October). Tim Baron will share with Life Group leaders of options for
aligned study material.

Zechariah Discovery – an interactive reading of Zechariah over 3
sessions on ZOOM: 7-8:30pm on 29/9, 6/10, 13/10 (link below)
NewLife Kids@Home is on break for school holidays and will be back
underway on Compassion Sunday.

treatment and is thankful for God’s mercy. - Kellie: Now settled in Canberra on leave from mission field in Japan
to rest and reconnect with support churches. - Craig: Relocated back to Canberra from 18 months in Sydney and
looking forward to being part of New Life again.
